HELLO, I'M
AI/ML Enthusiast & Aspiring Software Engineer
> |
B.Tech CSE (AI/ML) student building real-world software, practical projects, and AI/ML solutions while continuously improving my programming, development, and problem-solving skills.
I'm Raushan Kumar, a B.Tech CSE (AI/ML) student focused on software development, AI/ML, and practical problem solving. Right now that means learning and building across programming, web development, AI/ML, and software engineering — turning coursework into real projects instead of leaving it as theory.
My direction is clear: growing into a strong AI/ML-focused software engineer through consistent, hands-on work. Longer-term, higher studies abroad and AI/ML research are also part of the picture — though for now, the day-to-day focus stays on building and learning.
Career Direction
B.Tech CSE (AI/ML) — 3rd Semester
University: Vivekananda Global University, Jaipur, India
Certification: Google Course (in progress)
Building a solid base in programming and problem-solving, with coursework increasingly focused on AI and machine learning fundamentals.
Current status: Student
Future goals: higher studies in AI/ML or Computer Science, and growing into a strong software/AI-ML engineer.
The full picture is just below in My Journey, along with my dream universities and companies.
Programming
Object-oriented programming and core Java fundamentals.
Scripting, logic-building, and the language I'll lean on most for data science.
Structured programming, data structures, and problem solving.
Foundations of programming — memory, logic, and low-level thinking.
Web Development
AI/ML — Learning & Exploring
Tools & Development
Currently Learning
Starting with programming fundamentals, logical thinking, and problem solving — building a strong computer science base before moving further.
Moving from fundamentals toward building practical websites and interactive web projects, applying what I'd learned to real, visible outcomes.
Exploring how intelligent systems are built through practical learning and experimentation, not just theory.
Learning how to turn ideas into complete, usable software, and steadily improving my development workflow through real projects.
3rd semester at Vivekananda Global University — where all of this comes together right now.
Building practical projects, exploring AI agents and automation, working across the full stack, and continuously sharpening my problem-solving skills.
Pursuing further education to deepen my expertise beyond the B.Tech.
Preparing seriously for the GATE exam to open the door to higher studies.
Aiming for the GKS to fund a Master's degree in South Korea.
Postgraduate study inside one of the world's leading AI/ML and technology ecosystems.
Contributing to real research alongside advanced coursework.
Doctoral research, pushing further into AI/ML.
Staying open to studying and growing within a global academic environment along the way.
A long-term career combining AI/ML engineering, software engineering, research, and innovation.
South Korea sits at the center of some of the most advanced work happening in AI, semiconductors, and software — from world-leading chip research to a university system producing serious AI/ML output. Studying there means learning inside that ecosystem instead of just reading about it: real labs, real researchers, and a technology culture built around building things, not just studying them.
South Korea
South Korea's top-ranked national university — renowned for research output and strong computer science and AI programs.
South Korea
Korea's leading science and technology institute, known for engineering, AI, and robotics research.
South Korea
One of Korea's oldest and most respected universities, with strong research across computer science and engineering.
South Korea
A leading private research university in Seoul, with strong international ties and a growing AI/tech research presence.
South Korea

Companies I aspire to work with one day, for their impact on AI, software, and technology — not where I work now.
Properly understanding the concept first — class, docs, or the Google course — before writing any code.
Small, focused exercises until the idea actually sticks, not just something I recognize.
A real mini-project instead of a one-off exercise — something that forces real decisions, not just following a tutorial.
Debugging, cleaning up, and noting what I'd do differently — the step that makes a working project a better one.
A multi-portal business management platform concept for businesses, including Admin, Distributor, Staff, and User portals. The system is being developed with features for CRM, inventory, projects, payments, documents, orders, attendance, and business operations. The current version is under active development.
More projects are currently in development.
